We specialize exclusively in overnight boarding for your dog. Our Signature Stay includes a private luxury suite, a plush dog bed with extra throw blankets, daily group or solo playtime, and a complimentary photo update each day.

We provide 24/7 onsite supervision. Our facility is equipped with video surveillance and alarm protection. To maintain a calm, stress-free environment at night, the kennel area is not physically staffed. However, the Shadow Creek family lives in a home on the same property—just steps away—ensuring we are always nearby if needed.

Yes. We offer departure baths and light grooming upon request for an additional charge so your dog leaves looking and feeling refreshed. Please contact us for your pet's individual rate.

Absolutely. We’ll review every detail before your dog’s stay to ensure seamless care. *We cannot administer injection medications.

We encourage you to bring your pet’s own food to maintain their regular diet and avoid any digestion issues. You may consider bringing a little extra food for boarding as they burn a lot more calories in play than they typically do at home. If you forget your pet's food for meals, we have our premium in-house food available.

During their boarding stay, your dog will be fed at approximately 9 a.m. and 6 p.m., with a treat or lunch at naptime if you request. Food will be served and prepared exactly as you request. We’ll accommodate any special dietary needs your pet may have. You do not need to individually separate your pet's meals. We just need to know amounts and we can do it for you! If your pet has medications that need to be administered during their stay, please provide them in the container from the vet with clear instructions on amounts/times.
